In this generation of smart computing environment, every device in the system and multple are interconnected to each other, which allows users view, analyze data, make decisions. Smart cities one example environments where is connected performed on cloud. such a situation, requires an efficient handle huge requests deliver data. Cloud plays essential role solving issue but suffers from resource optimization, cost load balancing. This work aimed at optimization cloud infrastructure provide high service rate sustainable applications cities. The proposed model inspired by artificial neural networks nature-inspired algorithm reduce execution cost, average start time, finish time power same improve utilization system. result shows that completes more tasks least as compared existing models. showcases can complete less time.
